The time involved in this type of service involves working hours and greatly depends on the size and condition of the property.

Usually, properties between:

• 500-1400 sq.f. requires 1 day covered by 2 people working together for 8-12 hours
• 1500-2500 sq.f. requires 1 day covered by 2 people working together for 8-12 hours
• 2600-3000 sq.f. reguires 1-2 days covered by 2 people working together for 12-24 hours
• 3100-3500 sq.f. requires 1-2 days covered by 2 people working together for 12-24 hours
• 3600-4000 sq.f. requires 2-3 days covered by 2 people working together for 24-36 hours
• 4100-5000 sq.f.requires 2-4 days covered by 2 people working together for 24-48 hours

The final service duration depends on the condition of the property and the amount of extra services that you want us to do.
