DISCLAIMER:

Floor scrubbing, scrubbing of the interior of the kitchen hood, window washing and carpet cleaning NOT included - these services can be included by special request & additional charge. Additionally, picking up clothing, toys and other household items scattered around the property, organizing, laundry, collecting & washing dirty dishes - these services can be included by special request made in advance & by additional charge. MOVING HEAVY FURNITURE & ANY TYPE OF HEAVY LIFTING NOT COVERED BY THE SERVICE.

Combine that with all the boxes that need to be packed, furniture moved and a long list of other preparations can be extremely time consuming. Our crews can help you focus on your move while we handle the move-in/move-out cleaning service. 

 

Our cleaning service features maids and cleaners who specialize in move-in move-out clean up services. Our professional cleaning staff will handle all of the deep cleaning that needs to be done to leave your house glistening and ready to go.

 

Our move-in/move out cleaning service will do all the dirty work (so to speak) to prepare your space for the movers, so you can begin your journey to your new home or apartment with peace of mind. Our move-in/move out cleaning services consists of everything what is included in a routine cleaning plus deep cleaning of the baseboards, oven, stove, refrigerator, ceiling fans, and cabinets and drawers among the others.

We also provide all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. 

 

A Move-in or Move-out Cleaning typically takes twice as long as a normal cleaning.

The time involved in this type of service involves working hours and greatly depends on the size and condition of the property.

Usually, properties between:

  • 500-1400 sq.f. requires 5 working hours, which can be covered by 2 people working together for 2.5 hours, or 1 person for 5 hours.
  • 1500-2500 sq.f. requires 6-8 working hours, which can be covered by 2 people working together for 3-4 hours, or 1 person for 6-8 hours.
  • 2600-3000 sq.f. requires 9-10 working hours, which can be covered by 2 people working together for 4.5-5 hours, or 1 person for 9-10 hours.
  • 3100-3500 sq.f. requires 11-12 working hours, which can be covered by 2 people working together for 5.5-6 hours, or 1 person for 11-12 hours.
  • 3600-4000 sq.f. requires 12-16 working hours, which can be covered by 2 people working together for 6-8 hours, or 1 person for 12-16 hours.
  • 4100-5000 sq.f. requires 15 & up working hours, which can be covered by 2 people working together for 8 & up hours, or 1 person for 15 & up hours.

The final service duration depends on the condition of the property and the amount of extra services that you want us to do.
