Tardiness Disclaimer
We understand that in our line of work punctuality is the key to professional appearance but due to many unpredictable factors such as traffic condition, multiple constructions on the 5 Freeway, not punctual customers, delayed orders of the extra services from the customers, etc., it happens sometimes that we are unable to keep the scheduled time.
Please, be mindful that each day we are doing our best to keep our appointments on time. We do everything to avoid any complication of our customers’ plans and if our crew is coming sometimes late it is not due to our negligence.
We always advise, the customers who want to be certain that their service will start always on time, to schedule the first appointment of the day (8.00 am).
The following appointments are usually scheduled with the 30 minute to 1 hour variation depending on the distance that the crew needs to travel, and the customers are notified about this at the time of scheduling the appointment.
